Flashing Light is a collection made up of 9 colors of reflective enamel with thousands of particles that reflect light and give a nice and marked reflective effect.

Curing time in a UV/LED lamp 2 min, LED 60. Semi-permanent enamel made in Europe. 7ml format. Vegan product and not tested on animals. Due to its high pigmentation, shake the product well before using it.
