Your interest in organizing my classes is an honour for me. I’m excited to share my knowledge and experience with more people around the world. Please review the details and conditions below to ensure everything is clear before proceeding with the confirmation of hosting my classes in any European country.
Minimum Duration
For trainings held within Europe, the booking must include at least 2 consecutive days of classes.
For events lasting more than 4 days, 1 rest day will be scheduled for every 3 days of work, as rest is essential for me to deliver my best performance.
Event Organization
The organizer is responsible for:
- Informing interested participants and filling the available spots for each class.
- Providing a suitable venue for the course (a classroom with tables, good lighting, power outlets, chairs, etc.).
- Managing student reservations and payments.
- Covering my travel, meals and accomodation.
I will take care of arranging and covering my travel, accommodation, and meals, so the organizer will not need to assume any additional costs beyond the logistics of the event itself.
Materials
The main materials are included in the training. I will bring the necessary products for carrying out the techniques (such as watercolours, gel paints, tips…) and share them with the students, so that everyone works with the exact same products I use, ensuring the best experience and learning outcome.
If the organizer works in collaboration with a brand, I have no issue using the products provided, as long as they are of professional quality and do not interfere with the proper execution of the technique.
Some materials must be provided by the students themselves, as they are considered personal tools (files, brushes, top coat, base coat, etc.).
A detailed list of required personal materials will be sent after the booking is confirmed.
Certificates of participation will be provided and brought by me, already printed and ready to be handed out at the end of the course.
Promotional Material & Event Visibility
I will create and send the organizer all the necessary visual material to promote the event: banners, flyers, designs for social media posts and stories.
Additionally, if the organizer wishes, I will dedicate a space on my website to publish the event information and help increase its visibility.
Fees
It is a fixed and non-negotiable rate, independent of the number of students, and is defined according to the type of course and maximum number of participants:

I deeply value professionalism and commitment, and I expect the same level of respect towards my work.
To confirm the booking and block the requested dates, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 33% of one training day (500 euros) is required and must be paid.
The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer before the first day of training. This deposit allows a single rescheduling, provided that the organizer gives at least 3 months’ notice before the originally scheduled date. In case of justified force majeure, the date will be rescheduled accordingly. If the notice is not given within that timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited and a new reservation process will be required.
It’s important for the organizer to understand that when a date is blocked for training and the event is cancelled without prior notice, I lose the opportunity to work or schedule another event for that date, as this is my main source of income.

*Note: It is possible to combine classes depending on the number of days booked and the needs of the group or event. The designs shown in the images are examples of the techniques taught and may vary or be personalised for the class.
For example, a two-day course can be arranged for the same group of students, combining advanced realism techniques such as “Realistic Animals” on the first day and “Famous Faces” on the second.
*Some classes also allow for an increased number of students, provided that the proportional difference is added to my fee, please feel free to ask if you have any doubt.

Additional Details
- Classes will be taught in English (translation may be considered if necessary). If a translator is required, this must be arranged and covered by the organizer.
- The organizer will receive a link through which they can formally accept the terms of the agreement, confirm the booking, and secure the dates by making payment directly through this platform, toxicvanity.com, or via international bank transfer. Dates will not be held without payment.
- To ensure the best learning experience, the venue must offer enough space for students to work comfortably and for me to be able to properly supervise and correct their work. The room should have optimal lighting conditions (desk lamps may be required, either provided by the venue or brought by the students, depending on the organizer’s decision), and must also be equipped with a television (either a smart TV or a screen connected to a camera to broadcast the class and allow students to view details clearly).
I do not recommend the use of projectors, as they tend to significantly reduce image quality and make it difficult for students to follow the techniques properly. Attendance at this training does not, under any circumstances, grant the right to reproduce, copy, teach, or deliver any part of the course content, either in full or in part, in-person or online. All course content, methodology, materials, designs, and techniques are protected under current intellectual property law and belong exclusively to Silvia Gago (Toxic Vanity).
Students are, of course, free to apply what they learn in their professional work, recreate the designs, and use the techniques taught in their daily practice or artistic development. However, it is strictly forbidden to use this content to train others, or to create courses, workshops, or educational sessions based on this methodology, whether paid or unpaid.
Any unauthorized use of the content for teaching purposes may result in legal action.- Copyright Policy – Recording Prohibited:
- Classes may not be recorded under any circumstances, either by students or the organizer, as all content is protected under copyright.
Note: Event attendees — including students, videographers, and organizing staff — are welcome to record short video clips for social media sharing or personal memories of the event.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation due to personal reasons by the organizer
If the organizer decides to cancel the event, the reservation fee will be non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the organizer chooses to postpone the event with less than 90 days’ notice from the originally agreed date, the full amount paid will be forfeited, as the reservation payment is used to cover advance travel arrangements and cannot be applied to a new date.
In the event of a postponement due to a justified, serious, and unforeseen force majeure cause (which must be supported by official documentation), the date may exceptionally be rescheduled, even if the notice is given with less than 90 days’ notice.
Cancellation due to external circumstances
(weather, travel restrictions, health emergencies, etc.)
If the event cannot take place due to external circumstances beyond the control of both parties, a new date may be mutually agreed upon, provided that conditions allow.
If rescheduling is not possible, the amount paid will be retained as credit, which may be used for future collaborations within a maximum period of 12 months.
Postponement due to force majeure on my part
In the event that I am forced to postpone the event due to force majeure (illness, flight cancellations, accidents, or other serious and unforeseeable situations), I shall be exempt from refunding any amounts previously paid by the organizer.
I will also not be responsible for any costs the organizer may have incurred, such as airline tickets, accommodation, local transport, or similar expenses.
A new date for the event will be proposed, to be agreed upon mutually by both parties.
These clauses are designed to protect both my professional commitment and the significant expenses I must cover in advance when planning each training. I deeply appreciate your understanding and respect for my work.
